Annual Programs Season Announcement Campaign
I work on the Annual Programs season announcement campaign from May through mid-September every year. I write, edit, and manage emails, web pages, direct mail, and print pieces for Museum Council, MFA Travel, Ambassadors, Patrons, and Curators Circles. I maintain the MFA’s brand voice while adapting it for multiple giving and age levels, as well as lapsed and current members.
Print and digital brochure sent to current and prospective members at different levels and ages. I edit and write this entire brochure within a very short timeline.
Brochure envelope and accompanying renewal and join confirmation forms I write and edit.
Three versions of a letter from the chief of external relations officer, which I edit and shape, sent with the season brochure, encouraging members to join again.
Emails I edit and shape from the Ann and Graham Gund Director of the MFA to lapsed and current Patron Program members.
Curators Circles landing page, which I edit, update, and maintain.
