Annual Report

While I have worked on four annual reports for the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, I completely managed the last two published reports. I created schedules for each individual section; edited the Director’s Message, Acquisition captions and art credits, the extensive Donors and Benefactors lists, as well as the Trustees and Advisors lists; I edited the report from the treasurer and chair of the Budget and Finance Committee; I proofread and edited the Exhibitions and Publications lists. I also facilitated approvals, drafted emails for colleagues to send out to individual departments, communicated with executives across Curatorial, Finance, External Relations, and the Director’s Office.
